We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer with 2-3 Years of experience to join our team. Your primary focus will be designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.

Responsibilities

Determine an appropriate test approach to validate all functional changes and ensure current functionality

Ensure the quality of websites, APIs, apps, and other digital products by building and executing tests within our development teams.

Create test cases with test data and document the steps.

Participate at the project team level and coordinate the work of the quality engineering team.

Ensure the quality delivery of complex multi-application/platform projects.

Take an active role in the agile planning process, and validate requirements by reviewing agile stories and questioning their content.

Work as part of a globally integrated delivery team.

Qualifications

BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Experience with issues tracking tools like JIRA or similar.

Proven work experience in software development

Proven work experience in software quality assurance

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Solid knowledge of web/mobile-based testing and architecture

Good team player encouraging collaborative work among the peers

Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously

Aware of load testing and security testing concepts

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus
